Requirements
Summary:
•Support Life distribution by ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable performance and analytics insights to power daily activation, funnel visibility, and data-driven decision-making across the Life distribution organization.
•This role provides the analytical and operational backbone that enables effective funnel activation, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Process and validate daily PL/BI data feeds
- Produce activation lists and operational reports
- Support dashboards and performance tracking
- Identify data inconsistences and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience in analytics, operations, or reporting roles
- Exposure to insurance or financial services preferred
- Strong experience working with data, databases, and reporting tools to support sales activation and performance tracking
- Exposure to supporting the distribution of insurance products through digital and non-digital channels
- 2+ years in insurance (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Preferred fields: Analytics, statistics, engineering, economics, business
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources
- Basic knowledge of SQL or similar query languages sources
- Familiarity with CRM, policy administration, or distribution platforms is a plus
- Strong data hygiene and documentation practices
