We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Automation & Integration Engineer to join our team.

Team Function:
The team is responsible for architecting and maintaining scalable MarTech solutions, with a focus on:
- Data integration
- Customer journey orchestration
- Marketing automation
This team operates within the Data, Tech, and Operations tower of the Direct BU.
Role Description:
This role centers on the implementation and optimization of a MarTech data flow pattern involving Snowflake, Segment, Braze, and other SaaS platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and maintain data pipelines between Snowflake, Segment CDP, Braze, and additional platforms
- Implement real-time and batch data ingestion strategies
- Manage customer event tracking and identity resolution within Segment
- Orchestrate personalized marketing campaigns in Braze using dynamic segmentation and behavioral triggers
- Ensure data integrity and feedback loops from Braze back into Snowflake via Segment
- Automate data transformations and enrichment using scripting languages
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues across platforms
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in IT environments with a strong focus on MarTech architecture.
- Familiarity with insurance industry data and customer lifecycle models is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT, Data Science, Software Engineering.
