The Senior Payroll Specialist will own and run payroll for the company, overseeing day-to-day benefits administration and improving and scaling payroll systems and processes as the company grows.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on payroll experience
- Strong experience managing payroll systems
- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements in payroll operations
- Experience administering benefits programs and partnering with brokers/vendors
- Knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance
- High attention to detail and strong operational rigor
- Ability to operate independently and take full ownership in a fast-paced environment
