Requirements
- Working towards a Marketing, Communications, English, or Journalism degree
- Collaborative and curious, with a genuine interest in the strategic side of content work
- Exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to build and manage structured systems
- Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for clarity and consistency
- Detail oriented
- Experience working in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) to manage and analyze data
- Workfront, Asana, or other project management tool experience preferred
- Familiarity with content management systems or digital asset management tools is a plus
- Experience working with major generative AI tools and openness to experimenting with AI applications specific to content, marketing, and workflow automation is a plus
- Able to work effectively with a high tolerance for ambiguity within fast changing environments
- Microsoft Office software suite experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work for the complete summer break (May – August or June – September)
