The Business Development Manager, GNSS is responsible for driving growth across Calian's GNSS portfolio, identifying new business accounts, and building high-value OEM and distribution partnerships. The role requires strong technical understanding of GNSS systems, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to execute the GNSS growth strategy.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with Calian's GNSS and corporate growth objectives.
- Identify companies within priority segments and drive expansion into high-growth markets.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to uncover growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across commercial, defence, OEMs, and distribution networks.
- Lead opportunity identification, qualification, and pursuit activities with sales team.
- Partner with regional sales team leaders to support customer engagement.
- Represent Calian GNSS at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and operations teams to support solution development.
- Provide actionable market and customer feedback to inform GNSS product roadmaps.
- Prepare business cases, financial models, and commercialization assessments to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
