United States onlyThe Finance Accounting Associate will be responsible for various finance and accounting tasks, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial close procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement close process
- Assist with financial reporting
- Perform account reconciliations
- Provide support for corporate audit and retirement plan audit
- Prepare bank borrowing base certificate
- Assist with accounts receivable invoicing and payment processing
- Assist with various accounts payable functions
- Other finance and accounting responsibilities as needed
Skills, Qualifications, and Attributes:
- Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or similar role
- Knowledge and understanding of general accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage time well and balance priorities
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus but not required.
