The Finance Accounting Associate will be responsible for various finance and accounting tasks, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial close procedures. This role also offers the opportunity to grow within a dynamic finance team and contribute to accurate and timely financial reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:
  • Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement close process
  • Assist with financial reporting
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Provide support for corporate audit and retirement plan audit
  • Prepare bank borrowing base certificate
  • Assist with accounts receivable invoicing and payment processing
  • Assist with various accounts payable functions
  • Other finance and accounting responsibilities as needed

Skills, Qualifications, and Attributes:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or similar role
  • Knowledge and understanding of general accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time well and balance priorities
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus but not required.
