Overview

The Strategic Operations Intern will support the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Strategic Operations. As part of your role as a Strategic Operations Intern focusing on market trends, operational efficiency and execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. Additional responsibilities include delivering monthly reporting KPI’s, monitoring trends and developing insight to support key decision making across the organization.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, ELT meetings and SLT meetings ensuring accuracy and timeliness in documentation.
  • Support the development and dissemination of company-wide messaging, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Collaborate with strategy working groups to monitor progress against key objectives to delivery our operating strategy.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide administrative support to the SVP of Strategic Operations as needed, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Interest in strategic planning, operations management, and corporate governance.
    • Commitment to employee experience and culture principles.
    • Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus.
