Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience in small and mid-sized organizations
- Knowledge/experience in finance and back-office functions
- Ability to oversee, train and mentor teams of junior accountants
- Proficiency in accounting software (QBO, etc.)
- Interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Strong team orientation and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to express ideas and vision clearly
