Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Junior Affiliate Manager to join our affiliate marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for digital marketing and partnerships, with at least one year of experience in the casino or iGaming industry. This role involves managing, growing, and optimizing affiliate relationships to drive high-quality traffic and increase brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliate partners.
• Recruit and onboard new affiliates, focusing on performance and ROI.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in creating and executing promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and analytics teams to optimize conversion and retention.
• Ensure affiliates comply with brand and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements to increase profitability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing within the casino or iGaming industry (mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and performance metrics.
• Highly ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
