Requirements
- Experience migrating and/or importing data into a CRM (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Skilled in data manipulation using tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or.CSV files
- Clear, customer-friendly communication and able to explain technical topics simply
- Strong time management and organization skills to manage parallel customer requests and timelines
- Ability to identify potential roadblocks and take initiative to swiftly resolve
