Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-value relationships
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and comfort using data to inform strategy
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
- A customer-first mindset
- Experience in SaaS or technically complex environments is a plus
