As aWeb Developer, you’ll play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining the company’s Wix-based website. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the site reflects the brand’s dynamic nature while meeting the evolving needs of our growing business. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a creative environment, directly contributing to the company’s online success and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Management & Optimization (Wix Studio)
- Take full ownership of maintaining and enhancing our Wix Studio website
- Optimize all web pages formobile responsiveness and user experience
- Update existing content and visuals as needed — all content is prepared, so the focus is on structuring and condensing for mobile view
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure fast loading speeds across devices
- Implement new design elements and features creatively using Wix Studio’s capabilities
- Monitor and report on website performance using analytics tools
2. Social Media Marketing (LinkedIn & Facebook)
- Develop and execute a strategic social media plan tailored to business goals
- Create, schedule, and manage content specifically for LinkedIn and Facebook
- Engage professionally with followers, respond to messages, and foster community interaction
- Plan and run targeted ad campaigns to boost online presence and generate leads
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign results using key performance metrics
3. Visual Content Creation (Canva)
- Design branded, high-quality visual assets for social media, ads, email campaigns, and website use
- Ensure visual consistency aligned with brand guidelines and messaging
- Maintain an organized, easily accessible digital asset library
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Wix Studio website development and optimization
- Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and user experience
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for content creation
- Solid experience in social media management and marketing (LinkedIn & Facebook preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Bonus Skills
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Background in lead generation or digital advertising
