Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8PM to 5AM Manila Time
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who has recruiting and hands-on coding skills. This job is great for junior and intermediate software engineers with a strong interest in helping people find opportunities.
This position is fully remote, and English fluency is important as you would be speaking to candidates from many countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform technical evaluations of candidates’ ability to write clean code
- Administer basic pair programming challenges with shortlisted candidates to verify their coding abilities
- Conduct initial pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Manage candidate communication, including coordinating interviews and following up on feedback.
- Assist in the development and improvement of recruiting processes and technical assessment methods.
- Report directly to the hiring manager, providing updates and feedback on the recruitment process.

Requirements
- Experience in coding and conducting pair programming sessions with candidates
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter, with a strong understanding of software development and technical roles.
- Familiarity with technical interview techniques and tools for assessing coding skills.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work remotely
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
