Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the digital voice of a premium fashion brand across multiple global markets. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media and email marketing strategies that resonate with fashion-conscious consumers worldwide. Working directly with the founder, you’ll have creative freedom to craft compelling content, manage multi-channel campaigns, and drive brand engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms. This role offers the perfect blend of creative expression and strategic marketing, allowing you to make a significant impact on a growing global brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Create engaging, on-brand content for all social media channels using provided campaign materials
- Design and manage email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo, including template creation and content development
- Craft strategic marketing initiatives that align with brand voice and business objectives
- Generate and present monthly performance reports analyzing campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with leadership on content strategy and campaign planning
- Manage social media content calendar and scheduling
- Monitor social media trends and recommend new opportunities for brand engagement
- Optimize email marketing sequences and automation workflows
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Strong proficiency with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest)
- Demonstrated experience with email marketing platforms, particularly Klaviyo
- Experience in content creation and strategy development
- Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva)
- Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Fashion or luxury brand experience highly desired
- Ability to work independently while maintaining brand consistency
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Available to work Monday-Friday, 10am-2pm AEST
