Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to take ownership of lead generation initiatives for a dynamic commercial services company. You’ll have the autonomy to develop and execute comprehensive outbound sales strategies, combining both cold calling and email campaigns to connect with potential clients. Working remotely, you’ll play a pivotal role in the company’s expansion plans, with direct access to leadership and the ability to influence sales strategies. Responsibilities:
- Design and execute targeted cold calling campaigns to identify and engage potential clients
- Develop compelling email outreach strategies to complement calling efforts
- Utilize Seamless AI to research and identify promising business opportunities
- Create and maintain detailed prospect databases and interaction records
- Provide strategic insights on market response and campaign effectiveness
- Generate and qualify for new business opportunities through proactive outreach
- Collaborate directly with company leadership to refine lead generation approaches
- Track and report on key performance metrics and conversion rates
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B outbound sales and lead generation
- Excellence in cold calling with strong phone presence and communication skills
- Experience crafting effective cold email campaigns
- Professional-level English communication abilities (both verbal and written)
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently
- Experience with Seamless AI preferred but not required
- Strong business acumen and professional demeanor
- Ability to work US Central Time zone business hours
- Remote work experience with proven ability to maintain productivity
