This is a remote position.

Schedule: Mondays to Fridays: 07:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila Time (9AM to 6PM Sydney Time)

Additional days and hours are occasionally required, particularly around events like Valentine's Day & Mother's Day


Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage social media communities across two regions/ sites (Australia and the US)
  • Collecting tagged content for social proof
  • Assisting with content generation for monthly organic calendar & scheduling them accordingly across all three sites. Including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Managing Okendo reviews and endorsing them to Google reviews, and managing Google Reviews respectively
  • Pricing and product changes through Shopify
  • Updating and maintaining prices and product changes in external partner interfaces like UberEats accordingly
  • Updating & maintaining the Master Pricelist
  • Assisting the customer service team during busy periods


Requirements

  • Proficiency in Shopify
  • Knowledgeable in Meta Business
  • Creative
  • High attention to detail
  • People person: sociable and patient
