JOB DESCRIPTION: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Pacific with an hour unpaid break
Responsibilities
- Organize and manage documents
- Take and maintain meeting notes
- Process and analyze emails, identifying outstanding items
- Handle calendar management and meeting scheduling
- Create and maintain Google documents and spreadsheets
- Conduct initial research for project tasks
- Coordinate project-related documentation
Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with email management and analysis
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilities
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
