Executive Assistant needed to provide comprehensive support to leadership team, manage complex scheduling, communication channels, travel coordination, community engagement, and CRM operations, and design and implement AI-augmented workflows to automate processes and optimize daily operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar operational role
- Strong proficiency in AI workflow tools, Zapier automations, and Notion
- Deep familiarity with Google Workspace, GoHighLevel, Airtable, Circle, and Slack
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in fast-moving environments
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on systems thinking and continuous improvement
