Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide operational, administrative, and e-commerce support across various functions of the business. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing online platforms, supporting daily operations, and executing digital marketing tasks with efficiency and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive and Operational Support
- Take comprehensive meeting notes and ensure follow-ups on action items
- Coordinate communication across internal departments and external stakeholders
Liaise with suppliers, partners, and service providers as needed
E-Commerce and SEO
- Upload, manage, and maintain product listings on Shopify
- Write and optimize SEO-friendly product descriptions
- Update meta titles and descriptions using SEMrush or similar SEO tools
Monitor stock levels and perform basic inventory administration
Social Media Management
- Research trends on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to inform content strategies
- Create and maintain content calendars
- Respond to direct messages and comments in brand voice
Engage with the online community and suggest content ideas such as reels, campaigns, and collaborations
Content Planning and Design
- Assist in planning monthly content and campaign timelines
Create branded content using Canva including ads, promos, and graphics for social media
EDM Creation and Campaigns
- Plan, draft, and send regular email campaigns via Mailchimp
- Write compelling copy for new launches, promotions, and announcements
- Segment and manage mailing lists for targeted campaigns
Track email performance metrics such as open and click-through rates and provide insights
Customer Service
- Professionally respond to customer inquiries via email, website forms, and social media
- Monitor feedback and escalate recurring issues
Deliver a high-quality experience for VIP and repeat customers
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, executive assistance, or digital marketing
- Proficiency with tools such as Shopify, Canva, SEMrush, and Mailchimp
- Strong writing skills for SEO content, email copy, and customer communication
- Familiarity with social media management and engagement strategies
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
- A proactive, creative, and brand-aligned communicator
