Job Description

This unique role combines traditional executive assistance with specialized digital marketing campaign support, offering an exciting opportunity to work across multiple high-impact projects. You’ll provide comprehensive administrative support for real estate and community work while playing a crucial role in a local political campaign. The position offers significant variety, from conducting strategic research and managing social media presence to coordinating community outreach and analysing political landscapes. Responsibilities

  • Manage comprehensive administrative tasks including to-do lists, spreadsheets, email monitoring, and coordination across multiple business ventures
  • Conduct strategic research projects such as identifying contractors, mapping local business leaders, and gathering targeted contact information
  • Handle complete social media management for political campaigns including content creation, regular posting, community engagement, and response monitoring
  • Analyse the political landscape by watching recent city council meetings and creating concise, actionable summaries of key issues and community concerns
  • Research and summarise political content including podcast appearances and public statements to identify recurring themes and strategic opportunities
  • Coordinate community outreach initiatives including volunteer management and communications strategy support
  • Conduct professional phone outreach using VoIP systems for information verification and relationship building
  • Transform complex information from multiple sources into clear, strategic recommendations and actionable insights
  • Support campaign strategy development through comprehensive research on local political dynamics and stakeholder mapping


Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills with strong written and verbal abilities
  • Proven experience with comprehensive online research and information synthesis
  • Social media management experience with understanding of platform strategies and engagement best practices
  • Marketing background strongly preferred for strategic campaign support and content development
  • Comfortable conducting professional phone calls via VoIP systems for business outreach and verification
  • Self-motivated professional with positive attitude and demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet applications, email management systems, and basic office productivity tools
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with ability to identify patterns and extract key insights from various information sources
