We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Business Development & LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our LinkedIn presence and play a key role in driving lead generation for both our technology solutions and marketing services. If you're experienced with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and thrive in a dynamic, results-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you. Job Highlights:
  • Schedule: (20 hours/week minimum)
  • Flexible scheduling

Client Timezone: Central Time (Oklahoma-based)

Scope:

  • Manage company's complete LinkedIn presence
  • Handle approximately 30-40% of daily business development tasks
  • Focus on both technology solutions and marketing services verticals
  • Potential to expand to full-time role based on performance and company growth

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn presence through daily content creation and posting
  • Execute strategic outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Connect with target prospects including CTOs, CEOs, COOs, and CMOs
  • Conduct business email outreach campaigns
  • Maintain and grow the sales pipeline through consistent prospecting
  • Generate and nurture leads for both technology solutions and marketing services
  • Schedule meetings with potential clients
  • Monitor and engage with LinkedIn community interactions

Requirements

  • Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a MUST
  • Strong content creation skills for B2B audience
  • Experience in business development or social media management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes
  • Ability to engage with C-level executives
  • Experience with business email outreach campaigns
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
