Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic Administrative Project Coordinator to join our client’s forward-thinking team in a role that combines data-driven project management with high-level administrative responsibilities. This position offers unique exposure to multiple aspects of a successful manufacturing operation, from production tracking to policy development. You’ll work directly with senior leadership to drive efficiency improvements while maintaining crucial business operations. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on bringing structure to complex processes and enjoys being at the intersection of data analysis and administrative excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business reports using multiple software platforms
  • Create and manage project boards in Monday.com to track initiatives and ensure timely completion
  • Generate monthly work-in-progress reports and analyze business metrics
  • Coordinate with creative teams to organize professional photography sessions and manage content production
  • Draft and maintain company documentation including policies, procedures, and role descriptions
  • Prepare and manage employee contracts and related documentation
  • Build and maintain regular reporting schedules for executive review
  • Execute special projects as assigned by leadership
  • Provide cross-functional administrative support to various departments
  • Maintain proactive communication with leadership team and stakeholders


Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative coordination or project management
  • Strong data analysis capabilities and comfort with reporting tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in direct interaction
  • Demonstrated experience with project management software (Monday.com experience a plus)
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new software systems
  • Professional English communication skills
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
