Job Description

Take ownership of executive-level administrative operations in this dynamic virtual role where independence and initiative are highly valued. You’ll serve as the primary communication gateway for a senior executive, managing sophisticated email workflows and handling diverse operational responsibilities. Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for urgent matters, using appropriate channels for escalation
  • Source and coordinate procurement of company merchandise and promotional materials, with flexibility to leverage global supply chains
  • Research and recommend cost-effective solutions for business needs
  • Draft professional communications and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Maintain organized digital systems and communication channels
  • Coordinate time-sensitive matters requiring executive input
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and communication efficiency

Requirements
