This is a remote position.
Schedule:- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 7AM - 4PM Chicago, IL time, includes 1-hour unpaid break
Core Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily work meetings, capture and update minutes and drive action items to deliver as committed.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments, manage calendar for key team members
- Follow up on outstanding matters to maintain team deliverables on schedule
- Monitor email communication, update task management system and coordinate planning actions and status
- Collect and enter metrics data, highlight variances, and distribute to stakeholders.
- Review and accurately enter time and expenses into project accounting systems.
- Analyze data and report findings
- Provide accounting support for new job and order entry
- Email and Call stakeholders and vendors to organize missing information and expedite task progress
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional English language skills
- Exceptional critical thinking and logic skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in project management software (Wrike) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High functioning ability in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to quickly learn basic entries into our accounting system (Acumatica)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Authoritative Command to drive results from team members (Email, phone)
