The role ensures Board and committee documentation is accurate and timely, HR contract processes are well-controlled, and organisational documents are stored, tracked, and retrievable in line with policy and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in education administrative processes
- Experience performing tasks such as company secretary, contract administration, and document management
- Ability to understand and speak Chinese
- Experience with TEQSA standards and higher education framework
- Experience in a dual sector higher education provider or similar environment
