Requirements

• Recent graduate with an MB/ PGDM in Human Resources (an MBA/PGDM in HR is a strong plus)
• Agility & Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can quickly shift gears as you transition between different HR functions and projects
• Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bias for Action: Motivated self-starter who can proactively suggest ways to fix inefficient processes
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new software quickly and familiar with modern HR tools or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
