Early Talent and Programs Recruiter will source, engage and hire both college students and rising professional talent for internships and junior-level positions, while building a talent pipeline for Brown and Caldwell’s future hiring needs by building relationships with universities and early talent programs.
Detailed Description:
- Responsible for full lifecycle Recruitment of all Entry-Level and Interns reqs.
- Develop relationships with professional organizations, colleges and community agencies to identify and recruit a diverse population of candidates for all positions.
- Partner with the Diversity and Inclusion team on Scholarship administration and other D&I Recruitment Initiatives
- Manage internal and external job board postings
- Contact for any early talent requests including distribution of career fair inventory and materials and upkeep of events page online
- Assists with planning job fairs, open houses, and college recruiting events, as well as representing Brown and Caldwell at the events
- Cultivate different sources of talent and maintain an outbound and active presence in the development of early talent pipeline
- Maintain Talent Pipelines via applicant tracking system (UKG) or other CRM
- Screens applications and resumes and refers qualified applicants to the appropriate hiring teams.
- Conducts phone and digital video interview to evaluate capabilities of applicants.
- Act as Sharepoint Administrator for Recruitment Intranet
- Support reputation management on Indeed, Glassdoor etc With partnership of marketing communications team
- Manage Intern Program Recruitment Efforts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree or similar Years of Experience
- 3+ years of experience preferred as a campus or corporate Recruiter, or College/university Outplacement Recruiter or Career Placement Advisor
- Proven track record of sourcing diverse talent with subject matter expertise in competitive markets
- Experience developing and executing internal, external and diversity sourcing strategies
- Recruiting for professional services organizations preferred
- Must have a desire and ability to stay abreast of market conditions and use data to inform decisions
- Knowledge of, and experience with application tracking systems.
Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee’s primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Location A: $61,000 - $83,000
Location B: $67,000 - $91,000
Location C: $73,000 - $100,000
