Role: Senior Golang Developer (ETL)

We're looking for a senior-level Golang Developer who brings more than just coding expertise. This role requires someone with a strong background in database or ETL systems and a proven track record of triaging and resolving high-priority (P1) incidents quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance Golang APIs, especially those tied to upstream data sources that impact SFMC.
- Lead incident response efforts for critical failures, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal business disruption.
- Contribute to broader data engineering tasks when Golang workload is lighter.
- Partner with internal teams to improve system reliability and proactively address potential issues.
Must-Have Skills:
- Extensive experience in Golang development and API support.
- Strong understanding of databases and ETL processes.
- Proven success in high-pressure support environments with rapid triage and resolution.
- Ability to take ownership of complex systems and drive cross-functional collaboration.
