This role involves working closely with the CFO, external auditors, and regulatory bodies to maintain the highest standards of financial governance in a fast-evolving digital asset environment.
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or chief accountant role
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or local equivalent)
- Solid understanding of Lithuanian accounting standards, IFRS, and tax legislation
- Experience working in a financial institution, fintech, or crypto-asset company
- Hands-on experience with accounting systems (e.g., Navision, SAP, or similar)
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian (both written and spoken)
