Overview of Position

Bridger has established strong competitive advantages with our Gas Mapping LiDAR™ technology and we are seeking an outstanding Field Services Manager to accommodate and continue our growth.The successful candidate will work closely with our Operations Team, Hardware Team, and Sales team to plan, mobilize, and execute international and offshore field operations.The successful candidate will leverage their experience with international and/or offshore oil and gas operations and create strong relationships with our clients to support successful execution and long-term growth.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Execute most or all portions of international & offshore bid process including cost estimation, project planning, and pricing for clients
  • Develop project execution plans and execute projects (end to end) for offshore deployments and international onshore deployments
  • Support country entry strategies including but not limited to logistics and in country set-up
  • Work with international subcontractors to support in-country execution and compliance with local requirements
  • Manage existing accounts and maintain strong client relationships with both management and operations
  • Deliver and effectively communicate reports, data insights and information to internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the pre and post sales efforts
  • Assist in developing and executing strategies to generate new business leads.
  • Design and implement operational process improvements as needed
  • Monitor customers’ businesses by following industry news, networking and maintaining good communication with users
  • Monitor, analyze, and gain feedback from customers’ usages of our product
  • Represent Bridger at trade shows

Requirements

Required qualifications:

  • Oil and Gas offshore field experience
  • International field experience
  • 4+ years demonstrated account management experience or customer-facing project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience with independent international project planning and execution
  • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Willingness to work hard and efficiently in fast-paced environment
  • Travel to international and/or offshore fields
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cohesively with a team of scientists, engineers, executives, and support staff

Preferred qualifications:

  • B.S. or B.A., in hard science field
  • Demonstrated experience and track record growing company revenue
  • Additional Information:
  • This is a full-time, salaried position
  • Salary is commensurate with education, experience, and skills
  • International travel required
  • This position can be remote
