We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Deployment Support Specialist to assist with the rollout of a new Oracle POS environment and pin pad deployment across retail store locations during a three-month implementation period. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience supporting retail technology deployments, POS systems, or store operations.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple store deployments simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work evening/night schedules to support overnight deployment activities.
- Comfortable interacting with store associates, managers, and technical support teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow deployment procedures accurately.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
