About the Role

We are seeking aStrategic Account Executiveto join our growingCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR)team. In this role, you will lead complex, high-value software sales into the world’s largest corporations. You will engage Fortune 1000 stakeholders to drive transformative CSR initiatives—helping organizations enhance their social impact through cutting-edge grants management and employee engagement solutions. If you are passionate about making a difference and thrive in strategic enterprise sales, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver$1.5M+ in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)through new businessacquisition.

  • Own the end-to-end sales process, including territory planning, opportunity qualification, RFP coordination, and proposal development.

  • Build and execute strategic territory and account plans in collaboration with Marketing, ABX, BDRs, and Sales Engineering teams.

  • Evangelize our CSR-focused solutions to senior decision-makers in corporate responsibility and human resources.

  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive seamless deal execution.

  • Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecast reliability, and adherence to sales process best practices using tools such as Salesforce and Gong.

What You'll Bring:
10+ yearsof success inenterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on selling toFortune 1000clients.

  • A consistent track record ofexceeding $1.5M+ ARR quotas annuallyin complex sales environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build relationships at the VP and C-suite levels.

  • Experience selling CSR, grants management, or employee engagement solutions is amust.

  • Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to selling and strong business acumen.

  • Leadership or mentorship experience is highly valued.

Compensation and benefits for this role apply to full-time employees in the United States and may vary based on local standards, laws and norms. Pay is determined by location, skills, experience, and education, and is one part of Bonterra’s total rewards package, which may also include bonuses, incentives, equity, and a comprehensive benefits program.
