They are looking for a Bilingual Resident Care Partner to provide customer service, solve customer concerns, and maintain a professionally friendly demeanor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound calls, emails, and chats, identifying Residents' needs, and providing solutions and alternatives.
Requirements
- Experience in customer support/service role
- Familiarity with computers, telephone, email, chat etiquette
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practice
- Strong written, phone and verbal communication skills in English and/or French
- Customer centric mindset and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Drive and determination to maintain and achieve monthly KPIs
- Analytical skills to analyze various options and take appropriate action
