• 12+ years building enterprise SaaS products
• 5+ years leading engineering organizations through growth
• Distributed, remote-first engineering team leadership
• Experience with cloud infrastructure cost management
• Post-acquisition integration experience
• Strong technical influence and partnership instincts
• Leadership experience with distributed teams
• Cloud cost optimization experience
• Familiarity with regulated SaaS environments
