We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist – Cloud and developer Tools to join our team as we build cutting-edge technology solutions. This role provides advanced technical support and solutions for a global community of developers and technical professionals.
Requirements
- Provide advanced technical support to a global community of technical professionals and influencers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Entra, GitHub, Visual Studio Code, and Windows server environments.
- Develop and maintain automation tools (e.g., PowerShell scripts, command-line utilities) to improve support operations.
- Analyze recurring issues, recommend solutions, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Support the transition from ServiceNow to Dynamics 365 and help maintain/update an extensive knowledge base of technical resources.
- Assist with planning and supporting virtual and occasional in-person community events, including escalations or off-hours needs as required.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with technical professionals, developers, and stakeholders.
