We are currently looking to recruit an intuitive Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our BI high performing team. You will focus on leading accurate, relevant and timely business insights to support decision making and revenue growth. You'll work in an exciting and collaborative environment, surrounded by talented and motivated colleagues. This position requires a strong command of techniques and algorithms as well as a demonstrated practical ability to determine where to invest time, synthesize actionable findings across diverse assignments, and present these findings to an audience with varying levels of background in analytics.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions—from data ingestion to dashboards—that scale with evolving business needs.
• Develop robust, scalable data models and pipelines ensuring accuracy, consistency, and uptime.
• Build and automate reporting and KPI frameworks to enable fast, informed decision-making.
• Conduct complex ad-hoc analyses and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to enforce data governance and integrity.
• Contribute to strategic planning via trend analysis, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Standardize reporting tools and champion self-serve BI capabilities.

Requirements

• Degree in CS, Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Science, or related.
• 5–7 years in BI or analytics - strong IC track record.
• Advanced SQL expertise
• Proficiency in Python or R will be considered a strong plus
• Experience with modern BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• Familiarity with dbt or similar is a plus
• Proven ability to design scalable data models and deliver impactful analytics
• Excellent communicator, capable of presenting to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Strong business acumen—capable of turning abstract business questions into data strategies
• Demonstrated independent ownership, initiative, and high data-quality standards
• Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
