About the Role

We are looking for a Housing Consultant (HC) Admin based in Brazil to support the growth of our housing supply in the US by identifying and securing new housing opportunities across assigned markets.

The Housing Consultant Administrator is responsible for researching markets, locating available housing, and presenting qualified housing options that meet client needs and company standards. This role works closely with internal sales and operations teams while building relationships with property managers, landlords, and housing providers to ensure consistent housing availability.

What you will focus on

• Review and evaluate housing requests to identify client requirements including location, budget, and housing specifications
• Perform research within assigned markets to identify potential housing opportunities
• Source available housing through property management companies, apartment communities, real estate agents, private landlords, and online platforms
• Think creatively to identify housing solutions when inventory is limited or difficult to source
• Present qualified housing options with pricing and property details to internal teams and clients
• Gather and document unit, building, and community details necessary for evaluating housing options
• Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, property managers, and housing partners
• Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with housing providers when applicable
• Maintain accurate records by entering property and client information into internal systems
• Add newly sourced properties to the company database and introduce potential partners to Blueground’s partnership program
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sourced housing meets company quality standards and operational requirements
• Develop knowledge of furniture rental and housing setup costs within assigned markets

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in corporate housing, hotels, real estate, housing operations, hospitality, or a related field
• Strong research and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify housing options quickly
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with external partners
• High attention to detail when gathering and documenting property information
• Ability to work independently and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Google Suite and internal systems for data entry and tracking
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
