Requirements
- 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS sales development experience
- At least 2+ years as a team lead or frontline manager directly leading SDRs
- Personal experience with hiring, onboarding, and promoting 10+ SDRs
- Fluency in German (native or near-native) and proficiency in English
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), P2P/O2C processes, or selling to industrial/manufacturing verticals
