Operations Strategy Manager

We are in search of a Operations Strategy Manager to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. We’re looking for a hands-on, analytical, and strategic professional to act as an internal consultant focused on driving operational excellence across our supply chain and field operations. In this role, you’ll work across teams to identify inefficiencies, assess performance gaps, and lead end-to-end improvement projects.

What will be your responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, waste and cost-saving opportunities, introducing innovative solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency and streamline operations;
• Design practical, scalable solutions to optimize operational flows, resource allocation, and service delivery;
• Work closely with operational teams to co-create and implement improvements, ensuring long-term adoption and results;
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by applying methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen;
• Develop and maintain standardized procedures to improve consistency, scalability, and operational excellence;
• Conduct field visits and operational reviews to identify best practices and surface performance challenges;
• Monitor key performance indicators and help leadership teams act on data-driven insights.

What are the requirements to join us in this position

• 6+ years of proven experience in operational excellence, internal consulting, or transformation roles — ideally in supply chain, logistics, or field operations;
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field;
• Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.);
• Strong analytical mindset, with a structured approach to assessing current state and designing improvements;
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders;
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken);
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment;
• Ability to travel.
