Construction Project Manager leading safety and quality initiatives, developing contracts and managing costs, with significant travel required.
Requirements
- Experience managing self-perform construction projects with a minimum budget of $30M
- Exceptional customer and client relation skills
- Knowledge of schedule and budget creation, control, and monitoring
- Contract and subcontract development and management experience
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR)
- Financial forecasting experience (estimates to and at completion, cash, and cost flow)
- A proven record of safety program management and implementation
- Knowledge of Standard Word Instructions (SWIs), and controlling/implementing sitewide quality programs effectiveness
