You will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasts.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Collaborate with departments to gather relevant financial information and ensure accuracy.
- Monitor financial performance against benchmarks and identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and present findings to senior management.
- Stay current on industry trends, economic data, and regulatory changes that may impact financial planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Effective communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems is preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the software industry is an advantage.
