Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize backend and security service systems within Binance’s Web3 security domain to ensure high performance, availability, reliability, and scalability.
- Lead the design, development, migration, and upgrade of core Web3 security infrastructure and related backend services.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate product visions and security requirements into clear, actionable technical roadmaps.
- Work with operations and security teams to improve automated security tools, enhance threat detection capabilities, and increase operational efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting best practices in system design, security architecture, and software delivery.
- Coordinate resources and communicate effectively across internal and external teams, including overseas partners, to ensure project success and alignment with strategic objectives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in large internet companies, participating in the architecture design and implementation of multiple complex projects, with successful cases of system design and optimization in high-concurrency, large-data-volume environments.
- Proven track record of leading architect roles or senior engineering projects involving backend and big data systems, preferably with successful delivery in high-scale environments.
- Expertise with Java technology stack, especially Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related frameworks; familiarity with JVM performance tuning, SQL, and RPC optimization is a plus.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems design and middleware technologies such as distributed caching, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), service discovery, and configuration management.
- Familiarity with AI and data analytics, including machine learning concepts and Python tools, to drive advanced security data processing.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive learning attitude, and passion for Web3 security challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate dynamically in fast-paced, cross-functional, and international teams.
Good-to-have
- Knowledge of blockchain and familiarity with on-chain data.
- Blockchain, Web3 security, anti-fraud, or risk control system experience.
- Experience in performance tuning for JVM, SQL, RPC, etc.
