Senior Corporate Legal Counsel

Serve as a senior legal counsel for Binance’s global Corporate Legal Affairs team, delivering complex strategic projects together with corporate transactions, governance, reorganisations, intra-group arrangements, board secretarial and entity management. Provide proactive, in-depth, business focused advice and execution.

Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in a leading jurisdiction with significant corporate legal experience.
• Typically 8+ years of post qualification experience (as a guide) working at a top law firm and/or in-house at a well-established corporate or high-growth company.
• Ideally trained in a reputable law firm within the corporate practice with a focus on corporate transactional work and general corporate governance.
• Proven expertise in managing complex projects across multiple jurisdictions globally.
• Possesses strong legal technical expertise as well as exceptional business acumen and people skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced in-house environment is essential.
• Strong team player and good business sense.
• Hands on at work and can be independent in managing complex projects whilst still working as part of a team.
• Ability to come up with and execute creative solutions to meet current and evolving business needs.
• Excellent legal drafting and interpretation skills.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and organisational skills.
