Regulatory Counsel - Türkiye

Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem behind the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users. As a Regulatory Counsel for Turkey, you will assist with a broad range of legal and regulatory matters related to financial products and services in the FinTech, crypto, and blockchain sectors within Turkey.

Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in Turkey.
• 5-10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a focus on financial services, FinTech, crypto, or blockchain sectors.
• Law degree from a reputable university; advanced degrees (e.g., Master’s in Financial or Technology Law) are a plus.
• Experience working in a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team with exposure to Turkish financial regulatory authorities.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish financial, crypto, and consumer protection regulations.
• Proven ability to work independently and pragmatically in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations and cultures.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Passionate about FinTech innovation and cryptocurrency adoption in Turkey.
