We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our team. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to greenfield projects with daily duties that include but aren't confined to:
Responsibilities:
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Design and build internal trading tools and systems to support orders, pricing, and execution workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize trading processes and execution efficiency.
• Develop scalable backend services to support high-frequency data processing and real-time decision making.
• Improve system performance, reliability, and latency for trading-related applications.
• Identify bottlenecks, debug production issues, and continuously enhance system stability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improve user experience of trading tools.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support production systems when needed.

• Exposure to trading systems, pricing engines, or financial systems is a strong plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English to collaborate with global teams.
