Compliance Rule Tuning Specialist – Transaction Monitoring

Binance is seeking a Compliance Rule Tuning Specialist to join its Transaction Monitoring team. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL abilities, practical compliance knowledge, and experience building and refining transaction monitoring rules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with proven experience building complex queries and managing data structures.
• Solid working knowledge of AML regulations, transaction monitoring concepts, and compliance requirements within crypto or financial services sectors.
• Hands-on experience designing and tuning rule-based transaction monitoring systems, focusing on accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Ability to confidently and diplomatically challenge and persuade senior stakeholders, including MLROs, to ensure rules are both compliant and operationally viable.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in fintech, crypto compliance, or financial services compliance environments is a strong advantage.
