Current university students and recent graduate
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing social media accounts (Twitter, Xiaohongshu, Wechat channels etc.) 管理公司社交媒体账号（Twitter、小红书、视频号等）
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content. 创作、策划并定期发布优质内容
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages.监控社交媒体动态，回复评论和消息
- Perform market research and analyze social media trends.进行市场调研，分析社交媒体趋势
- Support in planning and executing social media campaigns.支持社交媒体活动的策划和执行
- Track and report on key metrics to measure success.追踪和报告关键数据，衡量推广效果
Requirements:
- Successful experience in growing social media accounts, especially in videos, Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), or AI-related content is preferred. 有社交媒体相关账号成功增长经验，视频，小红书，AI方向为佳；
- Experience in social media content creation, with the ability to independently produce creative content. 社媒内容创作经验，能够独立生产创意内容
- Very strong execution ability and quick response skills. 有极强的执行能力和反应速度
- Experience or awareness in communication and user service.具备沟通、服务用户的经验或意识
- Basic industry knowledge and a good understanding of industry trends and hotspots; deeper involvement in transactions and on-chain activities is a plus. 有行业基础，对行业知识和热点有充分的了解，交易、链上深度玩家加分
