- Own the field marketing event calendar, including regional events, conferences, executive dinners, roadshows, and partner activations
- Collaborate with sales, SDRs, and partner teams to align field programs with pipeline goals and regional priorities
- Manage all logistics and production details, from venue sourcing and vendor coordination to onsite execution
- Coordinate executive participation in events, including briefing docs, prep calls, and onsite engagement strategy
- Drive pre- and post-event promotional strategies, working closely with the broader marketing organization
- Track event performance and ROI, using data to iterate and improve future programs
- Support strategic event presence at industry conferences and customer-facing experiences
- Serve as the onsite lead for events, ensuring every detail is executed with excellence
- Own the field events budget, timelines, and vendor relationships
- Help scale a repeatable field events model while also delivering unique, personalized experiences where needed
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in field marketing or event management within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously, with a passion for logistics and an eye for detail
- Demonstrated success in partnering with sales to drive engagement and build and progress pipeline
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, or similar campaign management platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills—you can juggle timelines, stakeholders, and last-minute pivots with grace
- Willingness to travel for key events (25%-30%)
- A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude and ability to execute with excellence and agility

Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $160,000 - 170,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
