The Role

BeyondTrust is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Success Manager to execute our partner success strategy in the Americas. Your mission is to collaborate with partners and internal BeyondTrust teams, to develop and execute programs focused on partners Implementation, migration, and expansion of our solutions in order to drive customer success.

Reporting to the Director, Partner Success, the ideal candidate will bring a blend of operational management and project management skills, business and technical acumen, and a passion for partner success.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the partner team to increase partner delivery and facilitate improved partner performance, with clearly defined and agreed targets/metrics e.g. certifications, implementations, customer NPS.
  • Leverage existing tools and processes and develop new programs and processes to grow and enable partner services.
  • Collaborate with our technical enablement teams to execute and continuously improve our partner enablement strategy for ecosystem partners with a delivery focus.
  • Train BeyondTrust Partner Managers and sales teams in the tool and process changes Partner Success introduces, ensuring the objectives of programs are well understood and new processes/procedures are clearly communicated.
  • Monitor the performance of pilot programs Partner Success is running and clearly communicate any necessary changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the programs Partner Success is running throughout their lifecycle, ensuring relevant stakeholders are updated on progress, changes and transition to full rollout.
  • Identify gaps in knowledge and processes and collaborate with all stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure rapid deployment of training and tools needed to address those gaps.
  • Collaborate and empower Partner Managers to ensure our focus delivery partners in the region are delivering successfully to our mutually agreed targets, with particular focus on delivery capability and NPS.
  • Monitor the success of Partner Delivered Services sold by BeyondTrust through weekly meetings with the relevant partner contacts and monitoring of metrics through automated dashboards.
  • Help our partner managers identify opportunities where partner services should be positioned and ensure they have an accurate view of partners’ delivery capabilities

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years’ experience in an IT pre-sales, professional services, or partner success role
  • Experience evaluating performance to identify areas of improvement and optimization
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Experience in project management

Nice To Have

  • Demonstrated knowledge of diverse partner ecosystems and business models including resell, professional services and managed services
  • Experience working with Salesforce (CRM) and report building
  • Experience working as a service delivery partner
  • Experience establishing new programs within Distribution
  • Experience in IT Security and/or SaaS
  • A thirst for knowledge and improvement
  • Experience providing training to internal teams and/or customers
