UX Researcher

ABOUT US:

YOUR IMPACT:

• Designing, conducting, analysing, and presenting different types of research;
• Proactively work with designers, product owners and analytics to identify research questions that can yield actionable insights;
• Collect and analyse data from different types of research (usability studies, interviews, surveys etc.);
• Providing product teams/stakeholders with research recommendations and product hypotheses

ABOUT YOU:

• 2 + years hands-on experience conducting full-cycle research (study design, user research recruiting, moderation, analysis, and reporting);
• Deep understanding of both qualitative and quantitative methods, with the ability to choose the right tool for the specific business challenge;
• Analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Communication skills are needed to conduct user interview and bring the user’s voice into the teams.
• English - Upper-intermediate or higher (fluent communication with US-based users is a must)

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Experience working with data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R)
• Experience in facilitating collaborative sessions with stakeholders
• Portfolio showcase.
